Community Service Nomination Application
The Waterloo Chamber of Commerce invites you to nominate candidates for the 2025 Community Service Award. The winner will be honored with an award presentation at the Annual Membership Social on March 19, 2026, at Annbriar Golf Course.
Before that event, the nominees will be reviewed and selected by an appointed committee. The following represents the criteria set by the selection committee for choosing the winner.
The nomination is open to the public!
The application deadline is February 16, 2026.

Criteria for the Community Service Award
The nominee must be affiliated with Waterloo or a Waterloo organization and should demonstrate excellence in the following areas:
- Dedicated to making Waterloo a better place to live, work, and grow
- Enhancing economic, social, cultural, or educational development
- Demonstrating integrity, accountability, and commitment
- A legacy of service that continues to shape the community positively
All fields must be filled out to be considered for the award.
