Morrison-Talbott Library, 215 Park Street, Waterloo will host world traveler Graydon “Gig” Gwin to speak on his book, Travel Dreams July 31, 2014 at 7 p.m.

Gwin is a former national travel writer for the American Express Persona Magazine, a contributing writer for St. Louis Post-Dispatch and USA Today. The evening will include highlights from Gwin’s book in a power point presentation.

Gwin addresses common-sense health rules, shopping tips, a guide for drinking and dining around the world and a comparison of the different types of transportation in Travel Dreams.  His extensive knowledge of traveling and his ability at finding the right hotel in the right place for any budget are evident in the advice he provides in his book.

Gwin has three million miles of experience in the realm of travel.  His program will be peppered with highlights from his adventures.
